As CEO, Mike takes an active role in every project constructed by DL Builders. His role has helped maintain a high level of quality while delivering projects safely and successfully to clients for more than 3 decades. With 33 years of construction experience, Mike has been responsible for business development and operations. His passion is connecting with customers and developing long-term mutually beneficial working relationships.

As the proud co-owner of DL Builders, Nick has a passion for construction and a commitment to excellence. Nick brings a wealth of experience and expertise to every project undertaken. With 28 years of experience in the construction industry, he has a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. Nick Leal believes in providing solutions for clients, getting s*** done and building better than anyone else. He is dedicated to fostering a culture of safety, problem solving, out of the box thinking for solution based results.
